The Bad Album

30 years ago today (1987), Michael Jackson released his seventh studio album, Bad  in this case, cool). The album was a critical and commercial success, selling about 35 million copies. Of the 11 songs, 9 were written by him (the only ones that were not Just Good Friends and the classic song Man In The Mirror). 5 of them reached # 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 (I Just Can not Stop Loving You, released July 20, 1987, before the other 10 songs, Bad, The Way You Make Me Feel, Man In The Mirror and Dirty Diana). With the exception of Just Good Friends and Speed Demon, all the songs were released as singles; Leave Me Alone (which was only a bonus track on the CD) and Liberian Girl were not released in the US, Speed Demon was planned as an official single, but in the end it became promotional. Technically, Just Good Friends is the only song that was not released as a single in any way.

The sides of his jacket are tucked behind his hands as he leans back slightly, giving a playful, casual touch to his formal look. Behind him there is a brown brick wall and to the side of his head are "MICHAEL JACKSON" in yellow chalk writing and "OFF THE WALL" in white chalk writing. To conclude, I really like the videos, maybe Bad is my favorite, but the funniest is Speed Demon, it shows the effort he put in them and the album. In 2003, Rolling Stone placed it in # 202 of the 500 best albums. With respect to the songs:
Bad: The album starts well, and the choir is good.
The Way You Make Me Feel: It starts with good percussion, I think version # 2 of the song is something more joyful.
Speed Demon: It's interesting in how it is, but I understand that it was not as critically successful.
Liberian Girl: It's slower than the previous ones, but the tone is good and the way she sings is good.
Just Good Friends: When you listen, you can tell it's 80, it's good, but definitely not the best
Another Part of Me: Perhaps it could have been more successful, after the # 5 # 1, it came merely to # 11, but in itself is good.
Man In The Mirror: Very good, with an excellent message, in which we have to change and then change the world. You should definitely / should listen to it sometime.
I Just Can not Stop Loving You: For a love song, it's good in itself, it's smooth and the intro is interesting and has a good rhythm.
Dirty Diana: It's what Beat It is for Thriller, a rock song, Steve Stevens solo (the middle between him and Quincy Jones) is good and the lyrics are very good at telling something different.
Smooth Criminal: Start well and continue with a good rhythm and part of Annie, Are you OK? is what paramedics use when doing RPC, he took an RPC course, unfortunately still does not know what happened to Annie.
Leave Me Alone: Before Scream, we had this song, maybe it's not the strongest, but it's entertaining.
In conclusion, this is an excellent album and I recommend listening to it. Sorry if my reviews are not so good, I still learn with time.
Rest in peace, MJ!
