Trama

Luke explica durante un día cómo las personas pueden manejar las situaciones por su cuenta.

Sinopsis

Se ve a Luke completando uno de sus últimos proyectos, luego procede a hablar con los espectadores, revelando que el tema trata de manejar situaciones. Él dice que eligió el tema porque se había dado cuenta de cómo las personas manejaban sus propias situaciones, y también que incluyó consejos sobre cómo manejar situaciones que son particularmente difíciles, particularmente cuando parece que "no hay solución". Continúa diciendo que siempre quiso hacer un proyecto sobre un tema que consideraba "necesario", por lo cual, quiere decir que no se había discutido mucho antes, lo cual era inusual para él. Luego se dirige hacia la puerta diciendo que el "viaje" comenzará cuando va a comer a Rosso, luego se va y cierra la puerta.

Después de la canción, muestra almorzando en Rosso y comienza a explicar los diversos aspectos que tienen las situaciones difíciles, el escenario cambia a flashbacks que se muestran de los otros miembros del grupo que manejan situaciones estresantes, de la mala manera. Luego, explica que le costó un poco pensar en los consejos que tenía que dar, pero que finalmente fue capaz de obtenerlos, luego se muestran recuerdos de él dando consejos a los miembros del grupo. Comenta que ayudar a las personas es bastante desafiante en general, pero que si realmente estás decidido después de haber pensado mucho, las cosas te parecerán más fáciles; él continúa comiendo su comida. Y los otros jefes se muestran caminando hacia él preguntando, Christie le pide que lo ayude con el papeleo, Jessie le pide que lo ayude a terminar el informe y Ryan le pide que filme algo con él. Plot

Luke explains during a day on how people can handle situations on their own.

Synopsis

Luke is seen completing one of his last projects, he then proceeds to talk to the viewers, revealing that the topic is about handling situations. He says that he chose the topic because he had been noticing how people were handling their own situations, he also states that he included advice on how to handle situations that are particularly hard, particularly when there seems to be "no solution". He proceeds with saying that he always wanted to make a project on a topic that he felt was "necessary", by which, he means that it hadn't really been discussed much before, which was unusual to him. He then goes towards the door saying that the "journey" will start when he goes to Rosso's for lunch, he then leaves and shuts the door.

After the theme song, he's showing having lunch at Rosso's and begins to explain on the various aspects that hard situations have, the scenario changes to flashbacks being shown of the other members of the group handling stressful situations, in the bad way. Then, he explains that he had a bit of a hard time thinking on the advice that he had to give, but eventually was able to get it, afterwards flashbacks of him giving advice to the group members are shown. He comments that getting to help people is pretty challenging overall, but that if you really are determined after having thought a lot, things will appear easier; he continues to eat his food. And the other bosses are shown walking toward him asking, Christie asks him to help him with paperwork, Jessie asks him to help him finish the report and Ryan asks him to film something with him. Luke tells them to meet at 3 o'clock because he'll be available, the others say OK and then leave. Luke tells the viewers that they'll see his ways of handling situations, he takes a bite of his food and says: -after I'm done eating this food.

After the first break, the employees are showing hanging out in the about their salaries, Kevin and Brad sitting on the sofa and Kim and Jo playing pool, Kevin believes they might need to ask their friends for a raise in their salaries, Charlie on his idea and they ask the girls on what they think. Kim states that their ideas are good but are not 100% necessary, Jo agrees with her saying that they probably will be able to handle their money well,

Trama

Kim intenta provar que ella puede hacer algunas cosas sola sin la ayuda de otros

Sinopsis

El episodio comienza con Kim preparando comida en una mesa y escribiendo notas en su cuaderno, gira la cabeza hacia el público y explica que ella hizo la comida para un proyecto, dice que estaba feliz de hacerlo, ya que le encanta cocinar,  añadiendo el hecho de que es uno de los pocos proyectos en los que ha trabajado voluntariamente. Ella agrega el hecho de que a veces hace que la gente sepa directamente cómo es su persona; luego, se muestran escenas retrospectivas de su expresividad hacia otras personas, ella dice que expresarse a sí misma le ayuda a sentirse fuerte, pero a veces puede llevar a otras personas a expresar comentarios negativos, se muestran escenas retrospectivas de personas que le dicen comentarios negativos; a continuación, afirma que ella no toma los comentarios en serio en su mayor parte, pero lo hace ocasionalmente, lo que puede ser algo malo a veces, se observan continuidades de las escenas retrospectivas anteriormente mostrados. Plot

Kim tries to prove that she can do some things herself without help from others.

Synopsis

The episode beings with Kim setting food on a table and writing notes on her notebook, she turns her head to the audience and explains that she made food for a project, she says that she was happy to do it, since she loves cooking. adding the fact that it's one the few project she's worked on willingly. She adds the fact that sometimes she makes people know directly how her persona is; then, flashbacks of her being expressive towards other people are shown, she says that expressing herself her helps her feel strong, but at times in can lead other people to state negative comments, flashbacks of people stating negative comments at her are shown; she then states that she doesn't take the comments seriously for the most part, but she does occasionally, which can be a bad thing at times, continuations of the previously shown flashbacks are seen. She states that she's always looking for a way to express herself, to let people know how she is, she adds the facts that it's always a part of her way of being and that she's probably not going to change that part of her, she comments that some people don't like her way of self-expression but she continues no matter the opinions, and also advises the viewers on motivating themselves; especially in the mental way, because that's what she does, and that even if the results do not go as planned, they move on no matter what. Kevin and Charlie come in and praise Kim's cooking, and she thanks them for what they said. Afterwards Charlie states his thoughts and wonders if Kim can do something he has in mind, Kevin also wonders on what he said and the two ask Kim if she can do some things herself, and that if she does, she'll win some money. Kim accepts the challenge, adding the fact that she loves a good challenge, and that they help her become more confident. Kevin agrees on her statement, and Charlie comments that what she does helps show her persona. What she has to do by Friday is:

• Contact the governor of Columbus, record what he says and interpret what he says
• Write a new song, using lines from other songs 
• Make a sculpture of one the group members using balloons, and
• Make a complicated but delicious gourmet dinner for everyone                                                                    If she does all of those things, she'll win 25.000 $. The conditions is that she must not ask anyone for help in any way. Kim accept and determines herself to do all those things. Kevin and Charlie and Kim tells the viewers that she's going to impress everybody with the results, before leaving she states: I AM KIM BUSH AND I AM STRONG!                                                                                                                    After the theme song, the bosses are shown hanging out at the living room, talking about activities, Kim then arrives and asks for their birthdates, full names and birthplaces, stating that they're for a report that she has to deliver the next day. They all give her the information, and after thanking them Ryan asks if she just needed their data, Kim says no, also saying that she asked the other three. Ryan notices that she feels unusually happy, with Kim answering: Really? Why do you say? Ryan approaches her noting that she'd been given some things to do, with Kim then revealing the Bet. The others warn her on accepting bets, but Kim assures them that she thought well and took the challenge because she wanted to show that she's strong, she also assures that she won't ask for their help, since the condition of the bet is that she can't ask other people for help. The others do not like the idea of a bet aiming to show how a person is, but they like the idea on someone wanting to show how he or she is. She then leaves saying that she'll see them later. The bosses talk about the topic, tallying that she probably should've thought a bit more carefully. Jo is then shown entering, asking them if Kim had asked them their data, the others at the same time, respond: yes, Jo then asks if she'd told them about the bet she made with Kevin and Charlie, and again the others respond: yes, simultaneously. Jo is left amazed on how quickly the time between the requests has passed, and Ryan asks them if it really amuses her. She then leaves and the other comment on what she'd said, admitting that it was really thoughtful.                                                                                                    After the first break, Kim is shown starting on the activities of the bet, but has to wait for almost five hours to get a response from the governor, when she received the call, she brings a recorded and records what the governor tells her. Jessie and Christie come in noticing how tired she is, they offer some help but she decline, saying the has to move on for the next activity. Jessie and Christie agree on that this might leave her a bit crazy. Then, Luke and Ryan are shown in the basement sitting on the couch talking about some activities they'd done for their universities, Ryan recalls that he had good time there, but also that he'd like to forget many things, Luke asks on what he would like to forget, Ryan responds saying that he has a lot of things in mind, and begins to cite them. Charlie then passes by with a piece of wood which Ryan breaks while he stretches, Charlie and Luke are left stunned and then Charlie asks him if he knows martial arts, Luke does the same thing and after a little while, he answers yes and tells a little more on his experience with martial arts, Luke and Charlie attempt to persuade him on breaking more wood, Ryan first refuses, but is then convinced to do so, the four leave to show Kevin.                                          After the second break, Kim is then shown working on a new song, she tells the viewers that she went to the park to get some inspiration, and a flashback of her at the park is shown, she says that she selected four traditional songs, and that she'll take some lines to write. She then starting working on her song, which starts off well, Jo then comes in and notices what she does, Kim tells her what she's doing, and Jo thinks that she's doing great, she offers Kim some help but Kim declines saying that she wants to do it all herself and then leaves, Jo comments that the bet might leave her a bit crazy. The guys are shown at the basement with Luke holding a piece of wood, Charlie holding a camera and Kevin watching, Ryan feels nervous about what's he's going to do, but is then encouraged to do it. He then feels strong enough to start and breaks the piece of wood, but also accidentally hits Jessie's nose, Jessie had come in to ask them if they'd seen Christie, Ryan tells her that she went to the mall about an hour ago, with Luke saying that she wanted to know if she would like anything from there. Charlie tells her that they were going to tell her but they didn't because she was busy with Kevin ending the explanation on that they would've told her if they'd gotten an answer and call a friend of theirs who works at the mall. Jessie tells them to forget it, claiming that she doesn't need anything new. She asks them what they were doing, and Luke responds that they were watching Ryan doing some martial arts moves, Jessie comments that Christie had told her a little bit of his martial arts background, Ryan is shocked, and then Jessie states that she finds it cool, Kevin asks her if she'd like to see Ryan break wood, and she says: Ok, and they all leave.    After the third break, Kim is shown finishing her works with the balloons she'd bought, and that she feels so tired, she almost proceeds to sleep but then watches the hour realising that it's almost nighttime, and that she hasn't started working on the gourmet dinner yet, while she's despairing, the bosses come in and comfort her from her nervous breakdown. Kim thanks them and states that accepting the best was probably not a good idea, Christie points out that it was silly to accept the best, but also praises the efforts that Kim had done, with the other three agreeing, Kim thanks Christie for what she said and then Christie asks Kim if they can help her with the sculpture, Kim refuses but the others insist, saying that Kevin and Charlie never stated that people could offer her help, and that the condition was to not ask for help. Kim realises what they'd pointed out and feels stupid, but accepts their help and proceeds with the activities. Later, Kim is shown setting the table with Kevin and Charlie holding papers, stating that they'll make a review and analysis on the activities that Kim had been tasked to do. While the others are eating, Kim starts to show the results of what she'd done. She states what the governor said to her, sing her songs, and shows the sculptures, which is Ryan made out of balloons. Charlie and Kevin praise what she did, and ask her if she'd received help on the sculpture, Kim at first feels nervous, but then confesses that received help from the bosses, and if they want to say that she lost, she will accept her defeat. The two state that she could receive help, but that she couldn't ask for it, and give her appreciation on her hard work and persona, which leaves Kim happy and crying for joy, and after she approaches and hugs them, they give her a perfect score of 10/10 and give her the reward. Afterwards Kim celebrates, around the house, and the others continue eating while feeling happy for Kim. During the credits scene, the group minus Kim are shown at the living room, commenting on what had occurred lately. Ryan talks a bit about his martial arts background and Christie adds some facts about what he said, which leaves the others amazed. The group then hears the horn of the car, and Luke opens the window. Kim is shown at the car, claiming that she got them a tour around the city with the money that she won, she offers them to take them and the others go and get in the car and leave for the tour.

Trama

Con tantos impuestos y facturas por pagar, además de un informe pendiente, Christie tiene problemas e intenta encontrar una solución. Mientras tanto, los demás intentan encontrar una solución para ayudar a su buena amiga cuando realmente lo necesita.

Sinopsis

El episodio comienza con Christie escribiendo en un pedazo de papel, luego mueve la cabeza hacia la cámara y habla con los espectadores que ella está escribiendo en las facturas que tiene que jugar, ella declara que es su turno de pagar los impuestos y las facturas de la casa y que cada vez que es hora de hacer las responsabilidades del lugar, se turnan para que uno no lo haga todo; y agregó que la semana pasada le tocó a Ryan pagar las cuentas. Luego continúa diciendo que intentan tanto como sea posible para no abusar de la electricidad en la casa, así como para ahorrar dinero, luego, se muestran escenas reprostectivas de las cosas que ocurrieron previamente, normalmente hacen listas de lo que necesitan y lo que mo. Sin embargo, más tarde afirma que pueden volverse locas por las cosas y que sus facturas pueden llegar a casi un millón de dólares. En la casa, Kevin está escribiendo algunas notas en un cuaderno pensando en algunas ideas para motivar a Christie, para que no caiga en una profunda depresión, Charlie le pregunta si conoce a alguien que ha pasado por eso y Kevin responde diciendo varios de los miembros de su familia sí lo han hecho, y que era uno de los que estaba muy cerca de pasar por uno también, Charlie comenta que ninguna de las personas que conoce que han tenido depresión ha atravesado una situación tan profunda, alegando que la mayoría de la gente de la cual había oído se recuperó en unas pocas semanas, Kevin dice que la cantidad de tiempo bastante baja es impresionante, Charlie agrega los hechos que tuvieron que ser muy efectivos y que él no quiere saber, con Kevin mostrando una cara de sorpresa. Kim entra y les habla de algunas ideas que surgió para motivar a Christie, Charlie pregunta si sus ideas involucraron comida, Kim responde diciendo que no, y que no todo lo que ella tiene en mente cuando se trata de soluciones involucra con cocina o comida. Kevin comenta que no recuerda un solo problema resuelto por Kim que no implique comida, luego se muestran escenas retrospectivas con Kim resolviendo problemas con la comida, Kim luego dice que tiene razón, pero que habrá un momento en el que ella resolverá una de sus problemas y que la solución no involucrará comida. Jo viene emocionada diciendo que ella consiguió la persona adecuada para ayudar a Christie. Y les presenta a Howard Mordaunt (Hal Sparks), que es una persona realmente divertida, Kim, Charlie y Kevin quedan impresionados, y Jo habla sobre cómo entró toca con él, luego dice algunas cosas divertidas y hace reír a los demás. Ryan, Jessie y Luke vienen diciendo que no podían evitar querer saber de qué estaban hablando, los otros continúan presentando a Howard, con Luke diciendo que podría haberlo visto en alguna parte antes y Howard también diciendo lo mismo. Después del primer corte, se nos muestra con Christie comenzando a trabajar en un informe que se le pidió que entregara al día siguiente, ella comienza a escribir, solo para luego darse cuenta de que lo que ella escribió no tenía sentido. Luego comienza a sentirse triste y llora, pero luego Harold y sus amigos acuden a ella y le dan motivación. Christie se da cuenta de que, después de haber sido consolada, de que realmente han estado tratando de ayudarla con sus problemas, Ryan señala que ellos " Siempre la apoyaré, incluso cuando en realidad no lo parezca. Christie los abraza y sigue agradecido por lo que han hecho, y Harold da algunos consejos inteligentes. Plot

With so many taxes and bills to pay, plus a report due, Christie struggles with problems and attempts to find a solution. Meanwhile, the others attempt to find a solution to help their good friend when she really needs it.

Synopsis

The episode starts with Christie writing on a piece of paper, she then moves her head to camera and talks to the viewers that she's writing on the bills that she has to pay, she states that it's her turn to pay the taxes and house bills and that every time that it's time do to the responsibilities of the place, they take turns so that one doesn't do it all; adding the fact that last week it was Ryan's turn to pay the bills. She then proceeds with staying that they try as much as possible to not overuse electricity in the house, as well as to save money, then, flashbacks of things that occurred previously are shown, they normally make lists of what they need and what they don't, however, she later states that they can go crazy over things and that their bills can get as high as nearly a million dollars. Afterwards, she states that with the money that they earn, they distribute the salaries, and that they do a variety of things with what's left, they typically go to trips, or make donations to charity with that money, and other stuff. Christie states that she doesn't really mind, but considering that lately she's had a number of problems, she's unsure on whether she can pay all those aforementioned things by the day after. The others main characters then enter the Room with Ryan handing out another bill, this time being the water bill, Christie complains that she didn't overuse the water, Kevin then apologizes for accidentally spilling the water, Christie accepts his apology but claims that because of that he will be the one to wash the car. She then explains that when the 4 employees were hired, she suggested getting a car for the group, as having to many could cause problems, a flashback of the 4 bosses discussing the topics is shown, later she states that it was her suggestion buying a Black Ford and a flashback is shown, with the 8 of them heading to buy the car, only to find out that the one they were looking for was not there, and that they had to far east to get it, also, when whey there heading home, the car run out of fuel, because Ryan had forgotten to pump the gas, Christie completes the comment saying that they stayed at a motel and that they were able to get home, she then returns to talking about the topics she'd been talking about, and that she will be able to find a solution. Kevin asks Jessie how well she was with her project, she responds that she's been going well adding the fact that they were all distributed good tutors, some of which were new, Ryan adds that the tutor was gold, but had an intolerable way of talking, Charlie and Jo comment on the fact that they've had tutors that have unbelievable manners, with Luke then proceeding to say that he doesn't really have anything to say about his tutors, Ryan adds that he finds that fact surprising since Luke usually points out full opinions on topics, the others then argue on the fact that Ryan sometimes gives out unnecessary comments, with Christie telling that she's leaving to eat.

After the theme song, Christie is shown at Rosso's, where she is given a sandwich to eat, she thanks the waiter and proceeds to finish the bills, the other bosses then surprise her by appearing in front of the table and approach her asking questions on how they can help her, Christie appreciates the requests for help but would like to try this alone, Luke then asks if she's trying to get away from them, with Christie answering no, saying that she just needs some time alone, Ryan state that oftentimes, when she has problems, she just want to be alone, away from her friends, Jessie adds the fact that this could lead her to eventually becoming alone, Christie calmly replies that she's able to handle herself without help, and that they'll always stay tuned on when they need, additionally point out that they're really good friends, the others agree with her on that comment, Christie then leaves to continue her work and eat her food and the others then go somewhere else.

At the house Kevin is writing some notes on a notebook thinking of some ideas to motivate Christie, so that she doesn't go into a deep depression, Charlie asks if he knows someone who's gone through that and Kevin responds saying that a number of his family members have, and that he was one very close to going through one as well, Charlie comments that none of the people he knows that have had depression have gone through such a deep one, claiming that the majority of the people he'd heard of recovered in just a few weeks, Kevin says that the fairly low amount of time is impressive, Charlie adds the facts that they had very effective that he doesn't want to know, with Kevin showing a face of surprise. Kim comes in and talks to them about a few ideas she came up to motivate Christie, Charlie asks if her ideas involved food, Kim responds saying that they don't, and that not everything that she has in mind when it comes to solutions involves with cooking or food. Kevin comments that he doesn't remember a single problem solved by Kim that did not involve food, flashbacks are then shown with Kim solving problems with food, Kim later says that he is right, but there will be a moment where she's solve one of his problems and that the solution won't involve food. Jo comes in excitedly saying that she got the right person to help Christie.and introduces them to Howard Mordaunt (Hal Sparks), who is a really funny person, Kim, Charlie and Kevin are left impressed, and Jo talks about how he got in touch with him, he then states some funny things and makes the others laugh. Ryan, Jessie and Luke come in saying that they couldn't help wanting to know what they were talking about, the others proceed on introducing Howard, with Luke then saying that he might have seen him somewhere before and Howard also claiming the same thing. Jo explains to them that he is the right person to help Christie get through her problems and that with the help she'll get, she'll realize how supportive they are to her. Howard makes some Jokes later and the others laugh, with Ryan suggesting that he should start a comedy act, Howard responds with saying that he already has one, and makes plenty of money from his performances, he then shows some funny tricks and leaves the others laughing.

After the first break, we are shown with Christie starting work on a report she'd been asked to deliver on the day after, she proceeds to start writing, only to then realize that what she wrote was meaningless. She then begins to feel sad and cries, but then Harold and her friends come towards her, and give her motivation, Christie realizes, after being comforted, that they really have been trying to help her with her problems, Ryan points out that they'll always support her, even when it doesn't really look like it. Christie then hugs them and continues to be grateful for what they've done, and Harold gives out some smart advice. Christie promises to analyse when she is wrong and that she'll also try to always show her support in some way, Jessie affirms that she will do what she say because she almost always does what she plans to do, Christie laughing, agrees on what Jessie says.

After the second break the group and Howard are shown at Pennie's where they wait for Christie to pay all the house bills, Howard states that  he used to be afraid of paying at one point, but got over it after watching a movie, with the others commenting on how good the movie was. Christie then approaches them and confirms that she paid all the bills, then they are shown at Gov's where they wait for her to pay the taxes, and then she approaches them like she did at Gov's. The group is shown at Lanidon University where Christie approaches them with good approval on the report that she worked on and the others happily celebrate.

During the credits the group hangs out in the living room of the house, commenting on how good the results came to be, Harold then asks before leaving on everyone's full names, after Christie states hers, Jessie notes that her initials form the word cad, and that for fun they should call her like that, the others except for Christie are shown laughing, with Christie telling the viewers that this will be a hard topic.

Trama
